Pharma / The TRANSIT dashboard

Conceptualized, designed, and developed a series of dashboards and reports as a part of the TRANSIT dashboard initiative at Merck. The dashboards provided operations and sales management with intuitive, interactive access to sales data. Business users could visually evaluate sales performance by product, market, and region. The dashboards also helped to identify and isolate variances between actual & budget, recognize sales revenue trends, and better understand the factors (including pricing) that influenced sales. Select executive dashboards were made available on Mobile devices for easy on-the-go consumption. SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud.

HR / Workforce Risk Management

Collaborated with the SuccessFactors Solution Advisory to conceptualize, design, and build a repeatable asset in the form of a PoC. Workforce Risk Management is a comprehensive solution built using SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud integration. In this scenario, COVID-19-related data was collected using a survey and then was merged and analyzed with HR data to provide deeper insights to better manage Workforce Risk.

Utilities / Fleet Maintenance Tracker

Conducted a discovery workshop in collaboration with Rizing (Partner) to identify the analytics needs of the customer. Later translated the use cases into a fully functioning SAP Analytics Cloud demo connected to SAP HANA Cloud. The demo was key in answering an RFP from the customer which eventually converted into a license deal.

Retail Pharmacy / Store Management and Compensation

Identified opportunities to leverage SAP PaPM and SAP Analytics Cloud for the cost allocation and vendor negotiation process to create a comprehensive, secure, and future-proof solution connected to SAP and non-SAP sources.

Oil & Gas / Enterprise Reporting UI Standardization

Drafted and implemented UI design guidelines document to be used across the enterprise for all Reporting and Dashboards projects. Created standard templates and artwork as a part of the UI design guidelines initiative.

Executive Demo / Affinity Insight in Retail / Bill McDermott, CEO

Designed and developed an Executive Demo Dashboard for the CO-CEO of SAP, Bill McDermott. The demo was presented in the Keynote at the HP 2011 Discover conference in Las Vegas. It included both a desktop and a mobile version which was showcased on an HP Tablet.

Oil & Gas / Operational Reporting

Conceptualized, designed, developed, and presented a live POC for a major Oil & Gas company in the Middle East. The POC was instrumental in winning the license and services contract.

Public Sector / Problem Properties Reporting

Led as Project Manager for the Problem Properties Task Force initiative, overseeing the implementation of reporting solutions to identify and address properties with criminal activity and code violations. Responsibilities included requirement analysis, project planning, team coordination, data integration, reporting development, quality assurance, stakeholder management (Mayor’s Office), and risk mitigation. Skills utilized encompassed project management, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, technical proficiency, communication, and problem-solving.

Healthcare / Operational Reporting

Successfully executed a live POC project demonstrating the SAP BusinessObjects toolset. Worked on 2 healthcare use cases with data related to EPIC (EMR). Delivered BI implementation best practices to standardize enterprise-wide adoption.
